EMGA-ExpertHORIBA Carbon/Sulfur, Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen Analyzer (Japan)
HORIBA EMGA-Expert Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen Analyzer
Ideal for applications requiring high detection accuracy and a wide detection range
High-Performance Model: EMGA-Expert
Analytical testing for extreme requirements in accuracy and precision
The EMGA-Expert Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen Analyzer leverages HORIBA's renowned expertise in non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology.
Its revolutionary, high-efficiency automated cleaning system, enhanced user-friendly software, durability, operability, and ease of maintenance ensure effective measurement under high-accuracy and high-precision requirements. This efficient inspection also accelerates your development and manufacturing speed.
Key Features
Rapid Measurement: HORIBA's proprietary sequence algorithm significantly reduces the total analysis time*. The full analysis process takes approximately 160 seconds.
Ultra-trace detection, high accuracy, and excellent reproducibility: The HORIBA EMGA series features NDIR gas detectors developed, designed, and manufactured in-house by HORIBA. Leveraging detailed engineering and advanced production technologies, every step of the manufacturing process—from component polishing and assembly to stability calibration and verification—is rigorously controlled. Our comprehensive quality assurance ensures long-term stability and highly reliable performance for the EMGA series. Additionally, HORIBA independently develops TCD detectors, guaranteeing optimal performance across all analyzers.
Reduce maintenance time and frequency: 1. The patented easy-maintenance lower electrode requires only removing the electrode cover and replacing the lower electrode plate, cutting maintenance time to 1/10 of the original. 2. The patented dust filter features a newly designed filtration unit where maintenance involves only replacing the filter membrane, with replacement frequency reduced to 1/10 of the original (supporting up to 500 sample tests per cycle). 3. Significantly lowers carrier gas consumption (patent pending): for standard 47-liter gas cylinders, the number of measurements per cylinder has increased from approximately 1400 to 2300.
Comprehensive navigation features support analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
