The spectrometer's optical system features a vacuum light chamber, with integration and control circuits housed inside. This design ensures measurement accuracy for various elemental contents, unaffected by external environmental changes, while delivering excellent repeatability and long-term stability.
The software automatically controls the vacuum pump to maintain a stable atmosphere in the vacuum chamber, minimizing curve drift. The pump operates for less than 5% of total run time, extending its service life.
Automatic optical path calibration: the optical system performs automated spectral scanning to ensure it remains precisely aligned.
The vacuum optical chamber features a direct light path. When using spark discharge excitation, light is transmitted directly into the chamber via lenses, eliminating optical losses to enhance detection of trace elements and ensure long-term data stability.
Leveraging industry-leading GISS (Single-Atom Time-of-Flight) technology to achieve low detection limits, high reproducibility, and exceptional stability for demanding analytical applications.
Supports up to 60 analysis channels; detects ultra-low carbon and low nitrogen elements, as well as acid-soluble aluminum, acid-insoluble aluminum, and inclusions.
