Online ChatKey Features
The spectrometer's optical system features a vacuum light chamber, with integration and control circuits housed inside. This design ensures measurement accuracy for various elemental contents, unaffected by external environmental changes, while delivering excellent repeatability and long-term stability.
The software automatically controls the vacuum pump to maintain a stable atmosphere in the vacuum chamber, minimizing curve drift. The pump operates for less than 5% of total run time, extending its service life.
Automatic optical path calibration: the optical system performs automated spectral scanning to ensure it remains precisely aligned.
The vacuum optical chamber features a direct optical path. Light generated by spark discharge is coupled directly into the chamber via a lens, eliminating optical losses, enhancing detection capability for trace elements, and ensuring long-term data stability.
