OBLF GS1000-II Optical Emission Spectrometer
The GS1000-II is a compact-structure instrument configurable with one or two analysis modules and up to 32 analysis channels. It features high-end detectors—photomultiplier tubes (PMTs)—for rapid elemental analysis of solid metal materials.
Online ChatKey Features
The spectrometer's optical system features a vacuum light chamber, with integration and control circuits housed inside. This design ensures measurement accuracy for various elemental contents, unaffected by external environmental changes, while delivering excellent repeatability and long-term stability.
The software automatically controls the vacuum pump to maintain a stable atmosphere in the vacuum chamber, minimizing curve drift. The pump operates for less than 5% of total run time, extending its service life.
Automatic Optical Path Calibration (Trace): The optical system automatically scans spectral lines to ensure it remains correctly positioned.
The vacuum optical chamber features a direct light path. When using spark discharge excitation, light is transmitted directly into the chamber via lenses, eliminating optical losses to enhance detection of trace elements and ensure long-term data stability.
The external optical path window allows for cleaning without interrupting analysis, maintaining stable conditions to support continuous on-site testing.
True factory-prepared calibration curves that can be extended and expanded as needed. Each curve is generated from dozens of international reference standards, with automatic interference correction.
